Abstract

The need to provide nanotechnology applications has become a fundamental objective and requirement to increase the efficiency of buildings in general and educational buildings in particular. The proposed study will therefore showcase different nanotechnologies, including nanotechnologies, and their application to architectural materials in general and insulation materials in particular using state-of-the-art environmental simulation programs that can help rationalize energy consumption. Energy is one of the world's biggest challenges in the current period. The construction sector alone consumes 40-50% of the world's energy. Thus, the building sector has the highest potential for energy savings. Energy rationalization plays a key role in the design of new buildings and the performance of existing buildings to avoid inflation in the energy problem and the gravity of global warming. The research explains the most important advantages of using nanotechnologies to reduce energy consumption in educational buildings in Egypt, so as to see the impact of nanomaterials and what those materials are and how they can be used in the most appropriate way to obtain the best results.
